Lan Saadatnejadi, P.E., MBA, BRE, ENV SP
Our leader and the driving force behind our company is Lan Saadatnejadi, a California licensed Civil Engineer with a master’s degree in business administration. She brings more than 30 years of transportation infrastructure program and project experience and is considered a highly technical expert in the fields of pre-planning, data management and program assessment.

Lan has served as the Caltrans Chief of Design, the Executive Officer for the Los Angeles Metro Highway Program overseeing various stages of the design and construction process from pre-planning to owner occupancy. This experience has provided Ms. Saadatnejadi with first-hand knowledge of client expectations, work-flow processes and the required level of engagement between all program/project stakeholders to effectively move the program/project along the schedule.
