Program/Project Management Support Services to California Department of Transportation, District 44 (Statewide)

LRS was hired by the California Department of Transportation to evaluate the gaps between current and preferred practices, and to identify opportunities for potential improvements in project support and capital cost estimation, programming, and management practices. LRS developed processes and improved operational efficiency and made system modifications. We also prepared program/project management templates and training materials.
