Program/Project Management Support Services, City of Rialto Department of Public Works

LRS was hired by the City of Rialto Department of Public Works to evaluate the city’s program/project management system to identify strengths and opportunities within its operations and processes. We developed template Gantt and flow charts to help illustrate the City’s processes. We developed template forms and implemented automated models to increase operation efficiency. LRS provided hands-on management training and continuous coaching and support, prepared programmatic model for soft cost analysis, progress evaluation and what-if analysis.
